Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy is for 7 days from the date of your purchase, a refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment once goods have arrived back to the studio of selbyxselby.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached, with no marks or damage or any sign of use.

To complete your return/exchange we must also have your original proof of purchase.

Any eligible returns that fall outside of this window will be issued a CREDIT only.

Product

Selby believes in her workmanship and materials selbyxselby guarantees her pieces for ONE YEAR against defects in materials and workmanship (this will be at the discretion of selbyxselby).

Every piece of selbyxselby is made by hand and with care, each one is constructed using only the the finest leather materials and hardware, in a small boutique studio using the utmost care.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be issued a credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
